With 30 years of experience in demanding corporate environments, I equip students with the skills and confidence to stand out.

I named Lumera as a nod to my own unconventional career journey. Lumera is an old term for whale oil, once used for lighting lamps—a fitting connection to my college history thesis on whaling and a reference to the light at the end of the tunnel. Like many others, I didn’t have a clear-cut career path. In fact, I was initially rejected by my first employer. My experience proves that career success isn’t always linear, and I’m here to guide clients through the twists and turns of their own journeys.
